Client Service Administrator
Greys Specialist Recruitment are working with a leading occupational health organisation who are looking for a Client Services Co-ordinator / Administrator to join their team in Dunton, Essex on a 3-month contract.
This is a varied administrative role supporting the delivery of occupational health services to a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with clients, clinicians and internal teams, ensuring appointments, communications, invoicing, reporting and general administration are managed accurately and efficiently.
The Role
You will be responsible for keeping the day-to-day client service operation running smoothly, managing a varied workload and ensuring deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating occupational health appointments and supporting client bookings
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate client records, schedules, invoices and timesheets
- Supporting reporting requirements and monitoring service activity
- Processing administration accurately and within agreed timescales
- Working closely with clinicians and advisors to ensure services are delivered smoothly
- Managing competing priorities within a busy office environment
- Identifying and resolving administrative issues proactively
- Supporting the wider team with general client services administration
About You
We are looking for an organised and proactive administrator who takes pride in providing a high standard of service and getting things right first time.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a busy office-based administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Good customer service and client-facing skills
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and booking or database systems
- Good Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
- A calm and organised approach when working under pressure
Previous experience within occupational health, healthcare administration or a similar client services environment would be advantageous, although strong transferable administrative experience will also be considered.
